Return Conditions

1. Retraction

Accordance with the provisions of Article L121 -20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal on his order. extends this period to 30 days to return without any reasons or incurring penalties. This period starts from the date of receipt of the goods. This right is exercised by returning the product return costs FREE for french constomers. The buyer must make mandatory the application site in the “My Orders / Rewind “after logging into their account. The return of goods is free for consumers in France Métropolitain only. Returned items must have been minimal use, that is to say, have been tested a few minutes and should not show signs of prolonged use.


2. Return times

The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of items to make the request to return, "Beyond this period, no applications will be possible.

3. Conditions of exchange and refund

Use in accordance with the distance selling only items returned in their original packaging (plastic bag, shoe box ...) and fully intact as they were marketed you will be accepted. Accordingly, reserves the right to refuse any request for exchange or refund if the items were obviously washed, worn, or boxes are damaged.

The customer must retain proof of date of posting, otherwise in case of loss, no refund will be made.

Shipping parcel returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages with postage due will be systematically rejected.

All products may be subject to a refund or a credit valid for 1 year.


4. Return Process

To return an item which does not give you complete satisfaction, simply follow the steps according to the instructions above (§ 3):


- Fill out the return form provided at the back of the invoice stating the reference and the reason for your return;

Pack the item to be returned;

- Slide the return form inside the package.

5. Processing Times

The processing time of a return may vary between 15 and 45 days depending on the peak periods.
